Maye Musk has had an amazingly interesting life and she's worked very hard. She didn't just come out of nowhere and end up on a billboard in Times Square. It took years of work and plodding and she's come through with a great spirit. One thing I like in this book is her words about ruminating. She is quite clear and honest that she wishes she'd not ruminated for so long on certain occurrences in her life. Boy, can I relate, I've let a few things/people stall me for lengthy periods of time. NO more. Maybe it's her book, or the combination of all my other work plus Maye's writing, but since reading this book, I've felt a new, different energy surging in and the desire to propel myself forward to see what else could be out there for me and all the people I can meet! I really enjoyed this little book full of down to earth advise and will refer to it often. Maye recommends real basic foods anyone can afford, and to stay away from anyone pushing expensive vitamins and quick weight loss plans.
